What we collect

When you complete the diagnostic: your answers stay in your browser and are never sent to us. If you choose to leave your details at the end, we receive your name, email address and, if you give it, your role. Your answers are not sent with them. When you join the mailing list: your name and email address.

When you book a call: your name, email address and the details you provide when booking.

When you become a client: the information needed to deliver your programme, including session notes, health screening responses and any material you choose to share with us.

When you visit the site: your IP address and information collected by cookies, as set out below.

Health information

Some of the diagnostic questions ask about sleep, energy and how you respond under pressure, and your answers may reveal information about your health. Your answers stay in your browser and are never sent to us, so we do not collect or store them.

Health information is special category data under UK GDPR and is treated with additional care. Clients complete a health screening before any breathwork session. That screening is collected only with your explicit consent, exists for your safety and is used only for that purpose. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the processors named below.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing angela@empowergenix.com, and we will delete the information.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others tell us how the site is being used.

This site uses two kinds.

Essential cookies keep the site working and secure. They do things like protect forms from misuse and hold your session while you book. The site cannot run without them, so they are always on.

Analytics cookies tell us which pages people read and how they found us. They are set by Squarespace and they do not identify you by name. They stay off until you accept them.

We do not use advertising or targeting cookies, and we do not share browsing data with advertisers.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner when you first visit, and change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We may update this policy. Any changes will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
