Gifts
For the person you keep thinking about
You know who they are. The friend who hasn't stopped since the summer. The one holding everyone else together. The colleague who hasn't had a proper lunch break since spring.
This is a gift they can come back to: a guided practice chosen for what they're going through, a card written by hand with your words, and, if you'd like, something small to open.
Coming soon
Our gifts are on their way, in plenty of time for Christmas. Leave your email below and we'll let you know the day they're ready.
How it works
Tell us who it’s for
Choose what they’re going through, then pick the gift.
We write your card by hand
Your words, their name, posted to their door. If you choose the recording on its own, we email it with your message.
They press play when they're ready
The code on the card opens their practice on their phone, after a few short health questions. It's theirs to come back to whenever they need it.
FOR WORK, for the people you work with.
Fifteen minutes, sitting down, at a desk or between meetings. Structured breathing and a short, focused visualisation, built to fit into a working day, not around it.
Who are you thinking of?
Back-to-back diary
For the colleague who goes from one call to the next without a minute in between.
Takes work home
For the one still answering emails at ten at night, who hasn't properly switched off in months.
After a big push
For a leader or a team coming out of a launch, a bid, a year end or a hard quarter.
Buying for a whole team? From £19 a person. Get in touch and we'll set it up with a message from you.
FOR LIFE, For the people in your life
Thirty minutes to stop. They lie down, press play, and are guided through gentle breathing, a short meditation, and then a long, slow rest called yoga nidra, with nothing to do but listen.
Who are you thinking of?
Can't switch off
For the friend whose mind is still going at midnight: the lists, the worries, the conversation they keep replaying.
For the one everyone leans on For someone who looks after everyone around them and hasn't had a moment for themselves in months.
Running on empty For someone who has given everything this year and has very little left.
At a crossroads For someone facing a big decision: a new job, a move, an ending, or a fresh start.
