Why I built the Protocol and System
I paid the cost of performing at that level.
What I had to learn was how to hold steady under load, protect my decision quality and rebuild my capacity. That learning became the 7 Edge Protocol® and the 7 Wave System®.
I spent 27 years in global executive leadership, most recently in the C-suite as a Chief Delivery Officer, running delivery for a global business under sustained transformation pressure.
Now I work with leaders standing where I once stood, helping them rebuild while it is still their choice.
